Case Study 1: Media Provisioning Programme

Challenge: Tasked with the Programme Management and delivery for a Talk Rating & Provisioning program, our primary challenge was to unify this customers telephony offering to enable “Triple Play” services, encompassing Telephone, Broadband, and TV. This initiative aimed to streamline and enhance the customer experience by integrating various telephony services into a cohesive package. Directly overseeing a budget of £2 million and managing a team of over 50 dedicated resources, we faced the challenge of coordinating complex project activities and ensuring alignment with organisational goals.

Response: In response to these challenges, we developed and executed a comprehensive project plan, outlining key objectives, milestones, resource allocations, and budgetary considerations. we worked closely with cross-functional teams to identify and address technical and operational requirements, ensuring seamless integration of telephony services across the customers offerings.
